Thank you for voicing your concerns. I met with a representative from Fulton County Water on site yesterday. He informed me that there is no leak in the water system. Through discussion with him and a long time employee of the City of Alpharetta, I was informed that there are spring heads in several spots in this neighborhood. This has been going on since the neighborhood was first constructed which is why there are weep holes drilled into the curbs. During periods of excessive rain like we've had this year, the water table rises which causes these spring heads to produce water. If we continue to have regular dry periods, this area should dry up.

The City of Alpharetta has resolved this request.
