Description
Now that spring is here and since the city parks are closed due to the Covid-19 crisis it would be the perfect time for the city to remove the broken blocks at Philpot Park if the city departments are still working during the crisis. This was requested last year and nothing was done. I know for a fact that the city removed an old broken block water fountain over at Holmes Avenue park so there is no reason these broken blocks at Philpot Park cannot be removed. They are an eyesore, Huntsville General Services can remove them and level the dirt and plant grass seed here (spring is the perfect time for grass seeding).
