The staining is still there. My house has paint still in front of it and all of Phillips st. If city doesn't clean it he will!

Joseph under the circumstance with Covid-19 this certainly would not fall under the category of an Emergency staining on the street. Thank you for entering your concern but it will not be addressed at this time.

Today's staining even though we have had several severe storms. Even though city doesn't care about our little side street. Every summer we have staining down our street. We have spent a lot of time trying keep our neighborhood clean and should not need to see companies dumping their waste water down our street. Just look at Google maps and look down Phillip's st. If you don't understand.
