Q. Please describe the issue
A. We've recently noticed people arriving in cars at neighbor's houses that do not live there coming to visit, some with their children. They are not staying outside, but entering the neighbor's home. Last Friday, a car from CT arrived at 26 Nash Street and two women and a young girl (7-9 years old) got out and went inside. Yesterday, there were at least two cars that arrived at 24 Nash Street with at least one child. They were outside for a little while, then all went inside.
