A Code Enforcement Officer conducted an onsite inspection on 04/07/2020. A notice of violation was issued and instructions to obtain proper permits were provided. The homeowner has submitted applications for the needed permits; they are pending review. Code Enforcement's case with this property will remain open internally until permits are issued.
