My address is 3762 North River Hills Drive, about three homes from the subject home.
The address of the subject home is 3700 North River Hills Drive. It is a residential property that was converted about a year or so ago to assisted living or nursing home.
The problem is that there is insufficient parking on that home's property. So visitors and nursing people have to park on the main road, sometimes two or three vehicles in line or opposite.
I almost had an accident recently because of the way those cars are parked. The issue occurs several times a week. It is dangerous for the residents in our subdivision. I am not sure what the regulations are but this situation should be looked at by the proper county authority.
