There is a package thieves at neighborhood walking around at Dekalb Ave, Stuyvesant Street, Wales St, Wright St, Van Reypen, Highland Avenue, Romaine Street, Corbin, Van Wagenan and more street of Jersey City zip code 07306. This guy is been stealing packages for over 3 years now, not getting caught. He walk on neighborhood twice or 3 times, a day. Be aware of your packages especially amazon leaving them on front door, he is watching packages on door step especially people ordering at website because of the virus. My description, he is wearing sometimes blue worn out blazer, acid jeans and sneakers. Today and yesterday walking at the neighborhood almost 3 times wearing green jacket in his jacket pocket a can of drink sometimes holding a coffee cups roaming around the neighborhood, light jeans and sneakers. He is black guy, always hood on so no one can recognized his face because he keep turning around if someone is looking at him when walking, around 5'6 to 5'8, dark skin.
