The lights at this intersection are poorly timed, and rules regarding turns are not well planned. This causes massive traffic backups. The green for Nutt the Hospital has to be made a lot longer than it currently is during commuting times, and it needs to be coordinated/timed with the light at the Gay/Nutt intersection.
