Dangerous construction site!!! This site continues to be strewn with trash and refuse, including construction debris, food packing, and old mattresses.
People have been observed throwing personal garbage in the dumpsters (including TVs) from the bike trail after hours and when approached said that they were given permission by the sites owners and offered personal information so we can confirm (no thank you).
There was a large fire in the dumpster late last night, that luckily was noticed by someone who called for help and the Salem Fire Department came and extinguished it (thank you so much) costing the city resources, time, and money, while the contractors are saving time and money by not cleaning up the site.
Luckily the fire was noticed before it spread to near by houses.
There are several other construction sites around the city and none of them look as messy and dangerous as this one, can someone please look into this before something worse happens.
