Q. Please describe the issue
A. i know chicopee police has put in rules for essential stores and what they can sell, max amount of peiple and so forth. today i went into ocean state and i found it fairly crowded for the size of the store. i aslo saw they are still selling seasonal item (pots, soil, seeds ect.) i dont see how that is essential but they block off towels and other house hold items that can contribute to cleaning. i also notice not all employees wearing any face mask so im concerend for their safety.
