The church at Saint Martha school has a huge roof leak. Lights are even popping from water getting into the electricity. The carpet has been getting rained on since January and smells like mold. The church and school have already been determined to have asbestos. I’m am confident that the water flowing onto all the pews there cannot be safe. Also, there continues to be more than five non related adults there for mass. Especially on the weekend. Besides the structural issue of being in a roof that has leaked pouring rain for three months, to spread of the Coronavirus is not being considered. This is my church, but it cannot be safe for people to be in there. I cant even imagine how much rain fell in there today with the severe storm.
