Description

On 1-3 Colburn st there is a long standing water issue that has been unaddressed and potentially getting worse. The road is being compromised by heavy water flow.
There was measurable rain yesterday so it would be a good time to see how much water is regularly coming down from the stream between Quarry and Colburn Streets. It’s a lot of volume and appears to be draining directly under the roadway by the new utility pole between 1 and 3 Colburn. There is no drain, catch basin, culvert etc here and it is clear that the flow is undermining the street.
