I reported this for 1616 Boswell last year and nothing has been done. It's disgusting. I live next door and we clean out our gutters with a shovel periodically to get rid of the buildup. It's gotten so much worse since 1616 paved their entire back yard and doesn't do any maintenance on their front yard.
Last year it was a terrible mosquito breeding ground. We couldn't be outside on our front porch because of it.

this is a Streets job not Property Maintenance. I have transferred this ticket to Streets asking them to sweep the leaves.

That's what happened last time, and nothing was done. I think the property owners do need to be held liable because it's excessive runoff from their yard that causes this issue.

Street sweeping will be done with the regular sweeping schedule. The projected completion date has been updated.

I'd recommend that the street's department, bring in something heavier duty than a "street sweeper". The sheer weight of the water and leaves, is going to be in the hundreds or thousand pound range. ALSO, the owner of 1616 SW Boswell, needs to be cited for this hazard. A bobcat or scoop may be needed.

A street sweeper will simply move the material around but there's no way it could remove all that. Street sweeping might actually make the situation worse for neighbors.
