  “This needs to be an EMERGENCY” ” this tenant moved in about 2 months ago and keeps throwing trash on the road side that house trash, food trash, 6 mattress, many dressers EXT along with many 5gl paint cans that are all laying on there side because they just throw it in the pile and they are leaking in the drainage ditch and that goes in our bay. Because the trash has been there so long there is now large rodents living in the pile that come and go throughout the day and they do nothing at all but put more trash on the pile. I asked them what there plan is and they said they are slowly putting it in the trash cans and hiding the toxins between bags. This is now the 8th week on seeing this and something HAS to be done because it gets worse everyday and she is destroying the bay on purpose
