Last year I filed a complaint about my neighbor using the new handicap sidewalk ramp in front of her house to store her yard refuse and garbage throughout the week. complaint #6747834.
It is a new year and she is back at it again. 2:00 pm saturday 4-11-2020. One day before Easter and once again the neighborhood gets her garbage front and center.
