Spoke to PSE - non emergency specialist at 8:55, 4/13/20 and they will send their vegetation maintenance to check.

There has been no response or change in the overgrown right of way situation on old creosote road. There are 3 main plants dominating the space. Himalayan blackberry listed as class C Noxious weed that is recommended for control, English Laurel class B Noxious weed and English Holly also class B noxious weed. I have enclosed more pictures from the road to show not only climbing over the lines but very invasive to our property .

Unfortunately this is not within the county noxious weed programs jurisdiction. Of the plants listed the only noxious weeds are Ivy, and Black berry these are Class C noxious weeds and not designated for control. The others noted, English laurel and English Holly, are not on the state or county noxious weed list. This appears to be a roadside issue for the City of Bainbridge Island.
