Sharraxaadda

Each of the past three nights (9/24,25,26) thieves have stolen one or two copper downspouts (or taken down aluminum downspouts they thought were copper); they have destroyed the wooden boxes covering them on the sidewalks. Police have been notified. Thieve was caught in the act about 3:30 AM 9/27, but ran away. Police came about 10 minutes later and checked on the street twice during the day of 9/27.
