Our 2 year old daughter was toddling about in the *public street* at the end of Lockwood Terrace this morning, because it's shady there and there is no traffic. From behind the trees at Sycamore Station, we started to hear a person cursing at our daughter and eventually at us, accusing our us of provoking her multiple, unleashed dogs to bark. Our daughter is 22 months old and not able to provoke a dog; she was simply playing walking about. When we tried to speak with the woman, she cursed at us again (calling us jackasses), and she made no effort to stop her dogs from running out of her yard, into the street and jumping up on our child. She has no fence in her yard, they are not leashed, and she is not able to control all of them. They are a noise nuisance and a threat to the many children who play on that closed street.
