Very much like our general economy, the federal & Local government has overlooked this problem once again. The situation is a buckled roadway and it at some point is going to one of two things, 1 someone is going to hit the buckled roadway and lose control and crash, or two their car is going to become disable and it will sit wheel-less til a tow truck comes to retrieve it.
The fix for this problem is simple, bring out a roadway milling machine out, stop traffic and tow it away. However consideration the current short-sighted view of PENN DOT appears to consider this bone jarring joint not important the insurance of this dangerous condition will continue unabated onward to the summer driving season.

"Has it been fixed?" There's a question on almost every motorist in Pennsylvania these days. And sadly the answer is "No !" Interestingly one of the true villeins in this scenario is the word. . . ."Trucks" Yes, we all have a story or two about traveling the highway and byways and at least one memory, usually a bad one that includes "Trucks".
And route 95 southbound just passed the Philadelphia Airport is a washboard of road surfaces that have a thousand stories of overloaded trucks and what they do to the surface under the trucks tires. The hump in the center & right hand lane of RT 95 has a bump, which graduated into and hump and is now looking like it's becoming a road up "ramp" to no-where. But the bottom line is this is a problem that would all of a hour and a road Milling Machine could fix and be gone inside of 45 minutes. But our beleaguered PennDot doesn't even know it's there. But everyone who has had an bone jarring meeting with this suspension wreaking road minefield will remember to slow down, I mean REALLY slow down before you hit this steel bending road monster. Be Careful out there, Nothings been fixed and mostly won't be.
