The county's 311 web page has a rather clumsy interface. As far as I can tell, it is not possible to directly report a problem. The best you can do is search for something related to the issue you are concerned about, and then submit your problem or request. County taxpayers should be able to directly submit their request, in the same manner as SeeClickFix. What should I do if I cannot find any topic related to the item I am concerned about? Do not say "Use the 311 telephone number." That is not acceptable.

Until the county's 311 web page offers a service that is as easy to use as SeeClickFix, I expect that most county residents will use SeeClickFix instead of the 311 service.
