Shalom Tower I and II residents are allowed to have dogs and cats but there are numerous pets living in these buildings that don't have rabies shots or city licenses. They also walk their dogs in the neighborhood and don't pick up the waste their dogs leave! There are a few responsible ones but the majority are not! Please check on this!!!
