Description

I take my dog for a walk every day looping around Orange and Whitney between Humphrey and Willow. Over the past week, I have only seen ~20-25% of people out in public spaces wearing face coverings (masks, shirts, bandannas, etc.). Today's count was 36 / 162 (22%) people wearing protection. I've observed close to 1,200 people of this past week and this rate seems constant. This is way too few people given the city and state mandates to wear masks.
