Unregistered camper parked on community property without permission. In the photos, the boundary is demarcated by fence on one side and stakes placed by surveyor on the other. The camper is property of the homeowner at 1312 Thomas Rd, Pasadena and they refuse to move it. The community path is located between 1312 Thomas Rd and 1314 Thomas Rd, Pasadena.
