The black decorative post is owned and maintained by the HOA. Whomever they hired, installed it that way. I checked on it this afternoon, it’s not just twisted and turned. It would have to be remounted and reinstalled. Please call your HOA. If they are not willing to correct the issue, then please call me at 770-594-6245.
