Description

Caller states he was in contact with Streets and was told December 2019 that the weeds in the wash behind his house was a fire hazard and Streets would take care of it. He has since been advised that the "mowers are down" and cannot be taken care of. Caller is upset about this ongoing issue. COT CSR apologized for caller's frustration and offered to contact Streets on callers behalf. Advised that due to COVID-19 it may take a while before his issue is resolved.
