Many bags of dog poop at Babbitt’s tune up brake service. Thrown over fence. Been like this for months. Disgusting.

Last Thursday I got an email:
City of Berkeley just closed an issue in an area you watch.
I went by there on Sunday, and nothing has been done to fix the issue.
How did it get closed?
Does anyone know how to track a service request to the City?

Since the illegal dumping is on private property – this request has been forwarded to our Code Enforcement.
Thank you and have a good day,

Closed, understandably because it's not within the purview of Public Works.
Still, it's not acceptable.
Several months ago I was told it was forwarded to Code Enforcement. How can we track what's happening here?
