Westbound left turn from 4100s to southbound Mountain View. Light is extremely long, gives priority to straight 4100s traffic even though there isn’t hardly cross traffic. People constantly run the red arrow which is unsafe, as it’s so long and very little cross traffic. Priority should be left turn.
