Description
Ms. Toni Thompson called Mayor Elicker's office on 4/23/2020 to complain that about half of the Lyft and Uber drivers she has used to go to and from work are NOT wearing face masks, putting their passengers at risk. She would like to know what the Mayor is doing to enforce his Executive Order to wear face masks.
