They are only picking up 2 of the carts because you are only paying for 1 cart service. They are picking up the other cart as a courtesy but in order for Advance Disposal to pick up all 3 of the carts you need to contact Macon-Bibb to add the extra carts to your service. Macon-Bibb driver will pick up extra bags on the ground or personal cans but they don't pick up every week, I believe its every 2 weeks. You can reach their office at (478) 803-0499. Morning, I will call now that I know. (This is truly the only response I get, no one ever used to answer the phone.) I’m just very confused because this was not an issue all these years and advanced disposal dropped off the additional bin. They have also not picked up any trash that was sitting outside of the bin over the last three weeks.
