Description
red head female daily at 230p and 730pm places trash on ground outside the restroom and under nearby tree. and at the nearby baseball diamond she hangs cloth type items. there is also 5 shopping carts in this area surrounding the restroom. fire department has been called twice because this female was found burning things in a big bonfire. police may be needed because i seen she is quite vulgar when approached. seems to enjoy urinating openly in a white container under the tree.

thats true so i couldnt use them. the tent was removed by the district manager. but the long haired red head female remains. she will have to be removed via seeing open sexual conduct over there or seeing something personal like that. then u call the police. this is personal. this female is mental and very much in love with this spot. she should also know that she is "Bar" on 2 legs that attracts other alcoholics to the spot. she has male boyfriends that cant do anything about her cept make her comfy there. if she goes they will all no longer be interested in the spot cuz its her they wanna be close to. there is no respect for authority from her i see. everyday weve got to come out on the porch and watch her urinate. and the 15 blankets hanging all over the baseball diamond how can that not be noticed. tropicana market caters to them all. this whole thing is.obscene
