Still not picked up. Going on second week. When is pickup scheduled?

Fayetteville Residents, concerning your report of missed Yard Waste & Limb collection, the City of Fayetteville is working diligently to remove them. There is a high volume of yard waste and limbs across the municipality, and due to operational circumstances affected by COVID-19, the service is delayed. The Solid Waste Division is aware of the yard waste and limb piles and moving quickly to remove them from residential curbs. Please do not continue to add to your waste piles, as this may result in your waste exceeding the ordinance limits. Thank you for your patience.

Thanks for your update. My neighbors had a large amount of pruning done this weekend as well and they put their pile adjacent my pile to keep the street nearer. So please tell the driver that is two piles and not one large pile. I don’t want exceed the ordinance. Per your earlier note.
