Bagged leaves were not picked up at 19 Auburn Street in Framingham, MA on 4/20/20 and again on 4/27/20

Q. What is your trash collection issue/question?
A. I left bagged leaves out for pick-up on 04/20/2020 and they were not picked up. I contacted the Framingham DPW twice by phone but the leaves were still not picked up. I put the bagged leaves out again for picked on 4/27/2020, my scheduled trash day, and they have yet to be picked up again.
