I noticed this was acknowledged nearly 2 months ago, but then what? This lot has become worse with the sidewalk being overrun with dirt and weeds during the growing season. Has the owner of the lot been made aware? Will this be addressed and fixed?

If possible can a person explain how this system works? Was the owner of the lot contacted, fined, or even made aware of the issue? If they don’t take care of the problem what recourse is there? A person can hardly walk the length of sidewalk here as it’s covered in sediment eroding from the lot and so overgrown with weeds. This lot is a brush fire waiting to happen and a major eyesore in the community.
