Description

On the waterfront bike path by the dog park (44°29'07.0"N 73°13'37.6"W) there is a large amount of garbage left over from encampments. The garbage spreads from the encampent in the woods to the side of the bike path by the stone circle. This dumping ground is a threat to wildlife and pollutes Lake Champlain. The amount is a lot of garbage! Please remove all garbage (futton frames, plastic, glass, etc). It may also be advisable to place a trash can around the area for the dog park/ this summers encampments to help lessen the trash dumping.
