Description

Traveling on 14th Street Westbound from I-580, the left turn signal onto E 19th St / 15th Ave seems to not be working. I have on 3 occasions this week sat in the left turn lane, waiting for over 10 minutes, and watching people run the red light out of being impatient for it to change. I have seen the traffic lights for the other directions of traffic respond appropriately when cars have approached, but not the left turn signal.
