Description

Hello,

There is a manhole/storm drain cover that is cracked creating a open hazard trap that could really injure an unaware pedestrian. It is located at the bottom of Beach Bluff Ave near Atlantic Ave. Please let me know if there are questions at jesseagage@gmail.com or 860 933-6167.
