This neighborhood is RSF residential, rentals only allowed once per 30 days. At this point no rentals less than 30 days by State order. Please, stop doing illegal rentals at this location and Sarasota County, please enforce this type of illegal business.

Illegal rentals at 604 AVENIDA DE MAYO too. . New Owner is telling the neighbors that her visitors are Family. We asked the Visitor walking in and she stated she rented. I’ve been a resident for over 25+ years and this neighborhood is Residential so once - 30 day rental. Her neighbor that lives down the street told me she is trying to be a good neighbor - she wants her Guests behind the fences. She seems to know the game here. This is damaging our values on Avenida del Norte, Calle de Peru, and Mayo.
Sarasota County please pay new Owner and enforce on Del Norte. It is our right that the County protect us.

That party was poppin, until the lispy pizza gnome showed up and spoiled the mood. He can’t dance and it made everyone feel uncomfortable with it’s odd gyrations. It didn’t help that once again he was dressed very oddly.

Too many short term rentals in this area. Code enforcement needs to catch them. Some people just don’t think the rules apply to them. It should be 3 strikes then the property goes to the county for resale. County needs to get tougher with these short term rental low lifes
