I would like to add that this happens every single week. I always see these large trash dumpsters in the road (not service entry), every week, for hours if not days. It’s a danger to drivers, pedestrians, and doesn’t allow for emergency vehicles to have proper access.

Not only that, after the trucks come there is always trash that is left in the street as the trucks perform the work very quickly and then just drive off - leaving the mess.

Warning Notice issued and fine imposed.

Today is 5/4/2020 at 12:13pm and The Edition Apartments have once again left their trash bins along the fire lanes on Sentinel Drive. Please be advised this is a weekly issues. On 4/30/2020 Chris Giunta stated a warning notice was issue and fine imposed, but it seems The Edition Apartments of Hyattsville, is still a repeat offender.
