Has anything been planned or discussed to fix this issue?

The city doesn't seem concerned about the problem they have created. They have continued to allow much larger cement footprints for new homes on these lots and greatly increased water run off into the road, and the drains, and thus the creeks. This greatly increased runoff is causing a significant problem down stream where the water levels are much higher than they have ever been, due to the negligence of the City of Alpharetta. They have been collecting tax money and approving these larger cement footprints with absolutely no concern for the problems caused to the people living downstream. They also claim not to have any responsibility for the flow of the creek that they have allowed to over flow.

Mr. Morgan, I did a camera inspection of the pipe coming from the catch basin last week. During this inspection, I was able to get a very good idea of where the buried junction box is and have a plan I would like to go over with you. Are you available to meet with me this week to discuss?
