The National Park Service has failed to clear the sidewalks yet again. There are inches of snow that has been compacted into solid ice spanning both sides of the corner.

This has been an issue the last several years I have lived in Philadelphia. Why can the NPS manage to clear ALL of the sidewalks in and around Independence Mall yesterday but has not touched this corner?
