Description

Burns Crossing is currently being repaved. The day after this section was paved last week (see picture attached) located at the intersection of Burns Crossing and Julian Ave. in Severn, it rained and a big puddle developed at the intersection. There was not a drainage problem prior to the repaving. The puddle is deep (I'd guess 2 inches) and creates a significant road hazard. It is a bus stop, and a vehicle could easily lose control after hitting the puddle and strike children.
