Inspector will check property & refer to Development for board-up if required.

Property is occupied. No need for board-up. There is water to this residence. Somehow there was an error in Utility Billing records that made it appear that there was not. That is being straightened out. Resident is lawfully living there. Health Dept. (Gus) has been there as well and spoken to the resident. They are getting this handled with Utility Billing.
