Yes, unfortunately the property owners cleaned out the property the night after the trash pickup ran, so the “pile” has now been rummaged through by many people and items are everywhere. And it will have been there a week before the trash runs again. Maybe they need a dumpster? The picture shows it prior to the rummage spree. It now looks like a garbage bin has been strewn out.
