Description
All the streets in this area (Woodland, Mansfield, Compton, etc) have not been plowed in DAYS, since before the last storm. Woodland is almost impassable.
Winchester is effectively one lane because of cars parked on the street.
Many cars parked on the streets here and have not been ticketed or towed. PLEASE ticket and tow all these cars. It's dangerous to drive here.

This is a difficult situation. I notice that there is no place to move your car even when you try because the even side of the street was never cleaned.
To me, the obvious solution is to clean streets properly from the first snow of the season, and not wait until the situation is desperate. The mayor is being very effective at his snow removal plan THIS WEEK. Can he begin the winter next year with an effective snow removal plan, and not wait to be forced into it?
