A. Due to increasing crowds at Sloppy Sloppy Joe's takeout at the Boardwalk, food & beverage container trash is overflowing from the City trash containers along the boardwalk as far away as the Thunderbird. If Sloppy Joe's is not going to take responsibility for collecting the trash, the City needs to add more containers and/increase the frequency of pickups. It's currently unsightly & unsanitary.
