The street light is now working.
A neighor who is an electrician says THE GROUND-FAULT IS IN THE 220v UNDERGROUND POWER FEED TO THE HOUSE.
THE AREA IS NOT TAPED OFF & PECO is dragging its feet.

This afternoon PECO and the media were out and could not duplicate the conditions.
THE CAUTION TAPE HAS BEEN REMOVED
Reports of shocks from as long as two years ago suggests:
The 2409 South Street's basement electrical connection should be promptly inspected by L&I.
2409 South Street --No Building Permits Posted.
AND if the problem cannot be found in the basement connection --PECO should dig until they find the problem underground. :(

MUST IN FUTURE BE TAKEN MUCH MUCH MORE SERIOUSLY.
PECO's claim of low voltage implying minimal danger suspect.
