There are a lot of tree branches overlapping and enveloping utility lines on the southwest side of the street here.
I called CL&P about this at 860-947-2000, and hit "1" at the menu for "power outages and street light" issues and got a person pretty quickly. I let them know about the possibility that their lines may be compromised at the reported location and even got the CL&P rep to check out the JI's site for the map here. The trick for power lines and street lights is to give them a solid landmark to look for and/or a utility pole number.
Keep the number above handy and if nothing changes in a week or so, you may want to call them yourself. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.
