Description

Sanitation took my 9 paper bags of yard waste (thanks!) but never touched this garbage bin of yard waste. I thought maybe they were going to come back later for it but no one has. I thought we were allowed to put out one bin along with bags but is that not the case? Otherwise if it is allowed please send someone to collect it thanks.
