Dumpsters in rear of 1 Turner Lane are overflowing and trash is now littered all around the parking lot of 1 Turner Lane. Has anyone in the town hall noticed that? If so can someone take care of the problem?

People are probably dumping household trash or construction debris in it. This happens all over town Belcher Park is another place. For some reason the town does seem to want to prevent it by installing cameras or locking the dumpsters. I am also surprised at this location because the Police going in and out of there all the time. It's time that the Town addresses it !
