Call 311 and file a service request. They'll tell you that it might take up to 90 days or something like that (because of budget cuts). If the pothole is indeed really big, they'll fix it. If it's small, maybe not. Either way, they'll send someone out to look at it and that person gets to decide. When you call 311, you can leave your phone number and request a call back from the person who made the decision on fixing it or not fixing it. You can get a confirmation number too and follow-up, via 311, in 1-2 weeks.
